Available rooms and booking conditions at BASPO/Magglingen
According to BASPO, Switch has to coordinate the hotel room bookings.
Your registration is binding. In case of a cancellation, Switch will charge you the incurred cancellation fees if your booked room cannot be taken over by another participant. Payment for the room will be made by each ICT Focus participant individually at the reception of the Swiss Olympic House/BASPO.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 91 days before the event, reserved services can be reduced or completely canceled. For the efforts of a cancellation, BASPO charges a flat fee of CHF 100, if your booked room cannot be taken over by another participant. Switch will charge you for this!
30 to 11 days before arrival/event: 25% of the reduced service scope
10 to 5 days before arrival/event: 50% of the reduced service scope
4 to 0 days before arrival/event / 'no shows': 100% of the reduced service scope
